I need to refund and/or exchange something.

Shoot us an email within 2 weeks of receiving the product, and we will fulfil the refund of the order. Product needs to be in original condition for a refund to be valid. For exchanges, same rules as refunds applies. However, shipping and handling costs will have to be covered by the customer. 


 

I need more information of shipping costs.

We will try to find the lowest shipping costs for you guys, we will compare through different shippers to find the best price. Prices for shipping will be according to package size, and package weight. 


 

I received a damaged and defective item.

We do a full quality control when shipping items, however if you have recieved a damaged and defective item please notify as soon as possible. Please take a picture and email us at zumkinyc@gmail with 'Defective Item' in the subject. When emails are accepted, we will send out a replacement items with costs covered. 



I placed an order, but I didn't receive it.

Email us at zumkinyc@gmail.com with the issue in the subject. In the slight chance, we may have been out of stock on certain items and may not have been able to fulfill the order. In that case, we will do a full refund for the order.


Why is my order not processing?

Most U.S transactions should process smoothly however in some cases, the issue is because the billing and street address do not match. So please double check this. Some international customers may have trouble due to our merchant services not accepting foreign cards. If this occurs please either try again or email us at zumkinyc@gmail.com

Do you do wholesale or custom orders?

Yes! We do wholesale for majority of the items on our website. Please email us at zumkinyc@gmail.com for all inquiries. We are able to do custom orders on bags. Custom orders must reach a minimum of 100pcs per item, and if custom orders manufacturing prices are higher than the base item, the costs will have to be covered by customer.


Where are your products from?

Our products are mainly from small independent vendors in Nepal and India. Items are created in smaller batches to ensure high quality and sustainability. We also make an active effort to support women led business.


Are the products fair trade?

We at Zumki try our best to create a brand that is sustainable and ethically sourced. We also support manufacturers and vendors that pay a living and fair wage to their workers.
